One time setup charge: $25 per desktop/laptop, $35 per server

Plan: SMB I

In addition to the general services listed above, the following services are included in this plan.
  -Remote Desktop/Laptop maintenance
  -Remote Server maintenance plus 1GB off-site data backup included, additional space    available at extra cost
  -30 min free phone or online support per month
  -Rollover minutes are unavailable for unused minutes
  -Scheduled On-site services

$50 a month for each desktop/laptop, $100 a month for each server.
On-site: 20% off regular labor rate, 1 hour minimum, 15 min billing after first hour. Online and Phone: 20% off regular rate, 5 min billing.

Plan: SMB II

In addition to the general services listed above, the following services are included in this plan.
  -Remote Desktop/Laptop maintenance
  -Remote Server maintenance plus 2GB off-site data backup included, additional space    available at extra cost
  -60 min free online or phone support per month
  -Rollover minutes are unavailable for unused minutes
  -Same day On-site services if notified before 2PM. Next day service if contacted after    2PM.

$100 a month for each desktop/laptop, $200 a month for each server.
On-site: 35% off regular labor rate, 1 hour minimum, 15 min billing after first hour. Online and Phone: 35% off regular rate, 5 min billing.

Desktop/Tower Cleaning: $39.99, Server Cleaning: $49.99

Hard Drive Cloning: $29.99 + cost of hard drive if done at initial setup, $59.99 + cost of hard drive if done at a later time.

Discount of Annual Commitment:
10% off monthly rate, no setup charges, and 1 free computer cleaning per year.

*Customers must have an Uniterrutible Power Supply installed on the computer to be defragmented, and a full backup must be done prior to defragmentation, unless a waiver is signed.
